It was a pleasure to attend a presentation by Ms Jeanne White-Ginder.
Ryan White's mom carries on the outreach begun during his battle with HIV, which he contracted at age 12 from medication to treat Hemophilia.
Ryan was ostracized by his school and, for the most part, his entire community. The persecution this family endured in the 1980's could have happened to any of us, but should never happen to anyone.
The courage Ryan White displayed during his relatively short life is the foundation of an outreach which continues today.
